This will be a time for you to prepare yourself for an unimaginable, incredible, and indescribable Journey with the King. We give God Glory for another time of sharing our lives with Him through this experience. PRAYER is the key to this entire time with Him. Isn't it an awesome blessing to know that our God will Protect us and Provide for us..according to all of His Promises..

What to do with health issues?
Fasting is a calling from God for the body, min and spirit. I suggest that you consult with your doctor before going on the Daniel Fast or making any nutritional change. The Daniel Fast is a very healthy way to eat! Physicians really love this Fast and actually support the plan. Your doctor may revise parts of the plan according to your health issue. Pregnant, nursing mothers and diabetics may be advised to add fish, chicken, carbohydrates and some form of dairy to the Daniel Fast. I encourage you to check with your doctor. By the way being addicted to chocolate doesn't count as a special need! (LOL).
PS There is a Daniel Fast cookbook available in stores in your area.

Drink only water and eat only fresh fruits and vegetables.

Do not eat meats, starches, sugar and dairy products.

Write what God is saying to you in a prayer journal during the 40 days.

Read, pray and mediate on God’s word daily.

Call into the prayer conference call every morning at 6:00 a.m.
